Amsterdam Gold is an Indica variety developed in California in the seventies and has been successfully grown outdoors in Holland since 1980. This pure Indica strain smokes soft with a citrus like aroma and flavor. The resulting high is very clean and clear, helping the patient’s body and mind all at once. This is a very potent strain with THC levels ranging between 16-18% and has a tendency to demonstrate its couch lock abilities if you smoke too much at once.
This strain is easy to grow and produces long compact resinous buds and is one of the best green outdoor varieties. When growing this strain outdoors, allow about six weeks to pass in the flowering cycle before harvesting.

Afghani is a pure variety, never hybridized and was imported from Afghanistan near the Pakistan border and grown in Holland. This pure Indica strain has very broad leaves with high quality dense buds with lots of resin making it a great strain for making hash. Some plants turn purple at harvest time. Rather high flower to leaf ratio without many pesky stems. Aroma and flavor are heavy, almost medicinal and this strain has a creeping effect. Users report a very strong, physical, practically narcotic high with serious sedation and deep relaxation leading to munchies and couch-lock.
